Viruses and Emails that look like the come from us

Many viruses and some spammers spoof email addresses. If you've received a virus message that has our address as the sender, that does not mean that the virus came from us. It could have come from anyone who has looked at our pages and who also has your email address somewhere on their computer. This is as frustrating for us as it is for you. We never send emails with attachments. If you receive an email claiming to be from MaxinfoNZ with an attachment, please delete it without opening it.

• Please do not send press releases with attachments unless by prior arrangement. There are online forms for submitting events for inclusion on our noticeboards. For enquiries, plain text email only please - if we want more, we'll ask for it.
• For any other genuine commercial enquiry, please send plain text emails only.
• We welcome emails from readers.
